Auction Fulfillment Instruction: Buyer must contact Seller via email or phone (1-800-908-9665) within 48 hours of close of Auction. All California residents and businesses must pay California Sales Tax with the following exception: provide a FAX of a "VALID" State of California resale number with your faxed Resale Certificate along with the type of equipment you are purchasing. Payment must be received within five days of auction close. Shipment will be sent upon receiving the funds.
Our products are sold with one-year warranty plans which protects you against the unforeseen event of being Dead on Arrival (DOA). Buyer is required to contact the seller to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an e-mail to rma@genesisglobalinc.com. Do not return defective products without an RMA number. Items that are damaged in return shipping will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for shipment costs. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned to Seller.
All items returned will be tested against pre-shipping diagnostics of that product. If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damage items, it will be refunded, repaired or replaced at seller's option.
If an item has sustained shipping damage, you must contact the seller in writing within 2 days (e-mail is accepted) of the delivery and before opening the box. Buyer must contact the shipping carrier to inspect the materials. If the box is opened, you may not be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund. |
