Ground Shipping
Items are shipped within 3-7 business days after receiving payment via UPS Ground which can take anywhere from 5-8 business days. No P.O. Boxes UPS requires signature. Paypal confirmed address only! There will be a flat rate on all non-freight auctions for continental US and Canadian shipments. We will ship packages under 150 .lbs via UPS Ground. We will not package as a gift and we will only send accurate information as per the value. The lucky winner is responsible for shipping and handling fees. No combined shipping on multiple items. We will provide you with the tracking number that is viewable at www.UPS.com We are not responsible for items left and stolen from your property, that is why we give the tracking number so that buyer can track it and be there personally at time of delivery. Freight Shipping
On packages that are over 150 .lbs and on certain fragile packages that weigh less than 150 lbs we will ship the item via freight carrier. Freight shipping is expensive and we will acquire the lowest rate possible. You will be charged the actual freight cost plus all applicable handling and packaging fees. If you are considering bidding on an item that will need to ship freight, we can get you a quote. Freight Shipments will not be insured.
You need to call me at 303-953-7262 with the following information: 1. is this going to Business or residence.
2. Is the destination set up with a dock with a forklift?
3. Could you pick this item up at a terminal? Which means this would be delivered to a trucking company's terminal close to you, and you would pick it up.
4. Will you need a call before delivery? Please Include phone number you want the call to if the answer is yes.
5. Address with phone number (even if you don't need a call prior to delivery) and contact name.
No PO boxes.

RETURN POLICY
| Refunds will only be issued in instances where shipped items were not accurately or incorrectly described in the listed auction OR when items described as working arrived DOA.

Damaged Items are items that have been shipped to you and have been damaged in the shipping process. These damage claims will be submitted to the shipping company. If the cost are refunded to us, we will refund it to you. Buyer agrees that Condition 3 & 4 is sold AS IS, and all sales are final. Which means he/she buys it at their own risk. NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER. If item is stated as Condition 1 or 2 and arrives DOA (dead on arrival), buyer must contact seller immediately for solution. Shipping cost will not be refunded! Before we can issue a refund, buyer must send the items back on their own cost and with original shipping.
