Shipping: Items will usually ship by the next business day after payment is received.  We use UPS ground for most items. It is always OUR choice for the method. All items are insured and tracked.  We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.    We NEVER use your account for shipping.  All shipping and handling charges must be paid in advance and are never refunded.  The shipping amounts listed above are to locations to the 48  states only.  AK, HI, and US Military locations will be charged a different rate. Contact us before you bid to get an estimate for shipping and handling if you are outside of the lower 48 US states.   We do not ship outside of the USA, including places such as Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada.

International Orders: We no longer accept ANY international orders. We ship to the United States of America ONLY. We do not ship outside of the USA, including places such as Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Warranties:  We make every effort to list the condition of all items as best we can.  Most items we sell are used and will have the normal wear marks and scuffs from normal use. Do not assume anything so feel free to ask all your questions before you bid. All items not listed as "AS-IS" or "For Parts" are warranted to function "As Described" for a period of 5 business days from the date of receipt.  You must contact us for an RMA within the 5 days and return the product to us at your expense within 14 business days. The returned product will be Repaired, Replaced or a Refund will be issued at our discretion.  Shipping and Handling fees will never be refunded. "AS-IS" and "For Parts" items will have the condition best described and are NOT returnable unless the wrong product is shipped.

There is NO warranty on any batteries (including notebook batteries, CMOS batteries, phone batteries, or any other batteries).  There is NO warranty on any light bulbs or other consumables such as toner or ink.  I will show if they worked when I had them. 

Remember, the shipping charges are NOT refundable.  It is also your responsibility to return any items to us, at your cost, using proper packing methods, if you wish to receive a refund.

Sales Tax: All items shipped to California must be charged 8.75% sales tax. 

Local Pickup: Local pickups are available but must be scheduled.  There is no fee for this service.  Our warehouse is located in the Jack London Square area of Oakland CA.  Call us at 888-876-0790 to schedule a pickup and for directions (the ebay address is a POB and not the warehouse, don't show up there)
