Mintzer Tech Inc offers 7 Day Warranty Against DOA Products. Any suspected shipping damages must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of item.  All units were recently removed from working Telecom/ISP environments and might contain some cosmetic scratches which do not affect unit performance.

Units are only guaranteed if white warranty sticker has not been tampered with.  Replacement or refund of purchase price within warranty terms is based on product availability.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning warranty item for repair/replacement/refund.

Please note I generally Ship Twice a Week.  Therefore there might be a slight delay between when I get your payment and when the item is shipped.
